We have a no return policy, however we provide a satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, send us an email at bowtiedfarmer@protonmail.com and we will provide a refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
None of the items from Farmer's Market should be returned. Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll let you know what to do and we'll do our best to make it right.
